Erica here, founder of Sweet E's. Yes, the E stands for Erica and also makes for a fun play on words!

I started Sweet E's mid-2019. I had recently finished an MBA and wanted to try my hand at running a business.

My professional experience is all food science based in areas of product development, quality, and food safety. My personal experience goes back to age 12 when I asked for a cake designing book for a birthday present.

I've been consumed by and been consuming sweets for the majority of my life. The best moments for me are when someone tries one of my sweets and says "Mmmmmm."

My mission is to keep making people say that. Or "yum" or "delish" or whatever strikes you at the time!
